Located in West Creek, Hollow Pines is Tide Table Group’s newest adventure, its first rooted in the rich heritage of the Pine Barrens. Inspired by the hunters, clammers, farmers and trappers, who shaped this land, Hollow Pines blends tradition with a fresh, modern energy.
The restaurant’s design mirrors its surroundings, with local wood, brick, and sweeping pine-filled views that make the space feel like it has always belonged. Inside, guests will find a welcoming mix of elevated American comfort served with the creativity we our known for and laid-back fun. We offer a 35-seat longbar and lounge, a private party space, and the area’s very first duckpin bowling alley—fast-paced, playful, and perfect for groups. Our expansive list of wine, brew and spirits tells a rich story, fresh ideas mixed with centuries-old tradition and flavors, crafted cocktails that honor the speakeasy spirit of Prohibition-era Pine Barrens.
Our sprawling outdoor area invites you to stay awhile with firepits, bocce courts, and a striking A-frame bar nestled under the tall pines. It’s where we sit among friends and old dogs to tell stories of canoe trips down the cedar-tinted water and fall days on the bay.
